Complex sites? 

When with Baltimore Development Corp., Mr. Paull prepared redevelopment plans for the Potee-Garrett site, which had issues that included: contamination, wetlands, habitat protection, site access, difficult market characteristics, landfill geo-tech issues, and a community with a long list of “don’t wants.” 

National Reputation:

Evans Paull is a frequent speaker at brownfields conferences.  He was asked to moderate three panels and speak on three more panels at the recent National Brownfields Conference in New Orleans.

Mr Paull was recently the featured speaker for a Brownfields Community Network national webcast on "Creative Financing for Brownfields Redevelopment, what's working, NOW."
